The Real Deal

Friday: I had no plans except to go home and sleep.
But, buuut Miss T had been going on and on… and on… and on about this specific wretched *beautiful* Zara bag, that I forced her to go to Sandton City to find out if they had it in-store. Actually, wait, they had it in-store but no - she didn’t want the Burgundy one, the Turquoise one wouldn’t do and she didn’t like the one with the embossed pattern *sigh*. It was either we went in-store or I’d have had to take more than five headache pills to numb the pressure!
So peeps, that’s how I found myself in Sandton City * certified mall rat using Miss T as an excuse, giggle*
The plan was to go to Zara, then home. But nope, we were in there for at least three hours.
Why? We skipped Zara as our first stop and ventured into the land of machines and ground coffee: the new Nespresso store in Sandton. What I would have done to bump into the real George Clooney, da-amn. Any whoo, Miss T* wants, covets, dreams, has to have a new coffee maker and she wants the “real deal”.

We got into the store and after browsing for no more than 2 minutes; one of the Nespresso ladies walked over and offered to make us some coffee from one of the machines *express service I tell you*.
I, on the other hand, couldn’t have been bothered but I went over to watch her make Miss T’s Cappuccino.
However, my indifference went straight out the window the minute I saw the different coloured capsules and flavours. The Nespresso lady took out the dark chocolate and proceeded to explain how she’d prepare Miss T’s Cappuccino. Did anyone say “dark chocolate”!? Excitosis: that’s when I told her I wanted to try something too.  They even have variation flavours like: vanilla, caramel, almond and cherry. Needless to say, I literally ‘expresso-orgasmed’ when she told me she’d make me the “George Clooney” *the words that were coming out of my mouth, SMH*. My Latte is the one in the tall glass and Miss T*’s Cappuccino is in the normal coffee cup.
No more Cheapaccinos for us.

This is one coffee machine with swag: it’s quiet, sleek and sexy.
I’m not much of a coffee drinker but I want (have-to-have) one of those babies.
What Else? ;-)*Maybe George Clooney’s babies too*

P.S. We took pictures and one of the ladies did a “no pictures Ma’am” on us *hiss*.
