P's off to London for 6 months and we had farewell drinks for her yesterday.
Nice, but it was a school night and I'm on my second cup of coffee and I don't even like coffee *sigh*.
Had so much fun though, got to see friends I haven't seen in a very long time - I'm certainly not getting the good friend badge, have been a bit dodge and have not kept in touch as much as I should. Love those girls though :-)
Got there and I'd already had of glass of wine from our work bar and so I kept it very behaved at my next stop, although the first hour was a bit 'touch and go' with all my random ramblings.
Got ganged-up on by the boys K and W: telling me that time is not on my side and I had better start thinking ahead and planning to get myself a man. It's all good being single but it's going to get rough if I carry on like this, "You're not getting younger Delirious" and " We can't keep on having this conversation with you and you not doing anything to get things started - we spoke about this in December and it's July - what's up with that" Yarn, yarn, yarn *side eye*.
But the funniest thing W said to me was: You need a strong man, actually we need to get you a man that already has the software installed and the program ready to run. No bullshit.
He even gave me a billboard example:
The billboard would instead say: Delirious runs SAP.
Gotta love those two.
